
Seeded Spelt Tin Loaf
Spelt is an ancient grain which people find easy to digest and is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially magnesium. It has a mild nutty flavour not dissimilar to barley with a slight sweetness. The loaf has 4 type of seeds in the dough and on top (linseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds & sunflower kernels). Baked in a tin loaf shape perfect for sandwiches and toasting. Allergens: CONTAINS SEEDS and NUTS. This is our only loaf that is not considered vegan due to the ingredient of honey.
