Super Country is our big sourdough loaf perfect for toasting & bigger families. It’s perfect for all the crust lovers as there is slightly more depth of flavour in the crust due to longer bake time and the added wholemeal flour. Ingredients: 80% white flour, 20% seasonal wholemeal flour eg: emmer or spelt.
