Sesame Seed Bagel

Our sesame seed bagels are covered in un-hulled sesame seeds, providing a deeper and richer sesame flavour. This bagel is a chewy New York style, made with sourdough starter and minimal yeast. Toast or fresh, eaten best covered in cream cheese with Jam Lady Raspberry Grappa Jam, or your favourite smoke salmon with capers and dill. They also freeze beautifully! Allergens: CONTAINS SEEDS.
