Together, we’ve created a special menu honouring classic flavours and techniques through a Baker Bleu lens. Familiar, nostalgic tastes reimagined in unexpected ways.
On the menu:
• Duck sausage roll wrapped in croissant pastry with quince hoisin sauce.
• Spring onion and sesame twist with a ginger glaze.
• Signature @leehofook jasmine tea infused custard tarts.
