Emmer is an ancient grain loaf, made with 100% sustainable whole emmer flour. Emmer is a good source of magnesium and high in fibre. The milling process maintains the nutritional benefits and flavour of the grain. It is a great sandwich bread that is moist and buttery and a great alternative to wholemeal bread.
