ONLY AVAILABLE WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND SATURDAYS. A dense & moist Scandinavian-inspired Vörtbröd made of Vört/brewer’s wort, which is beer before it has been fermented (the starter for beer). Contains biodynamic sesame seeds, organic brown linseeds, organic pepitas, organic sunflower kernels and stoneground whole rye flour. Approx ~1.2kg. Please note this loaf is made with a heritage wheat flour starter therefore is not wheat or gluten free. Allergens: CONTAINS SEEDS, WHEAT IN STARTER ONLY.
